Global Apparel Consulting provide consultancy services that are based entirely of specific product and details as provided by the Client. This may involve researching product safety standards, virtual fitting, product comments and other requirements. The information provided will be of the opinion of the Contractor and will be delivered to the Client. The Client agrees and understands that the information and services provided by the Contractor does not constitute legal advice and is provided to the client for informational purposes. The client acknowledges and agrees that the information provided is on an “as is” basis without any warranty to the accuracy or suitability for the specific use. The client must also understand and agree that the Contractor may not cover all aspects at the time of assessment and we cannot guarantee complete coverage of every relevant regulation, standard and requirement that may apply to a certain product. We will assume no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind incurred to the Client’s business as a result of the use of the content provided, or otherwise made available throughout the duration of the service. It is ultimately the responsibility of the Client to come to their own conclusion and best judgement and exercise caution where appropriate and if necessary, seek legal advice. The services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such services to the client.

The Client is required to read the entirety of the Terms of Service Agreement.
